The process towards being Choice Theory and Reality Therapy Certified (CTRTC) involves going through three phases.
Phase 1: Basic Certification Course
Phase 2: Advance Certification Course
Phase 3: Endorsement Certification Course
Once an individual is Choice Theory and Reality Therapy Certified (CTRTC), he or she may choose to undertake the Faculty Programs to eventually become a Choice Theory and Reality Therapy Instructor. There are a total of three Faculty Programs:
